All of our orders are dispatched via the Royal Mail, Parcel Force or Business Post. Delivery times are therefore restricted to the limitations of these service providers. If required we can send orders out on guaranteed next day delivery - please call or email us to discuss this.
Our aim is to have your goods to you in five to seven working days, if for any reason we are unable to meet this deadline we will contact you immediately to advise you and confirm how you would like us to proceed with your order.
Delivery outside the UK is available - please contact us before placing an order, as we will need to confirm the cost of delivery.
Returns
Don't worry if you change your mind, or if something you bought wasn't quite what you were expecting. While we will try to give you as much information as possible and show clear pictures, we understand that sometimes when it arrives it wasn't exactly how you thought it would be.
To return or exchange a product you may do so within 7 days of the date you receive the goods. The product you wish to return must be in a saleable condition in its original, undamaged packaging, and we will consider the overall condition of the product being returned when making a refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of faulty goods.
For items that are being returned due to a fault or damage - once we have received the goods back and can confirm the problem we will either replace or refund the goods and the cost of return postage.
With any returns, please advise us via email, fax or phone that you are returning goods.
